A decade in the trenches.
I didn't set out to run a studio. It came out of necessity — and the honesty of that story is part of the brand.
When I started freelancing, dedicated product roles barely existed in Pakistan. The gigs that were open were for project management. I took the bet — pay the bills first, figure it out later. It worked. I became one of the few solo PMs on Upwork by quietly bending the rules: agencies hired me for delivery, and I kept selling them product thinking — discovery, strategy, GTM, the work most agencies skip.
That hybrid identity became Biz of Dev — not a typical agency, not a full product company. Something in between. Built to bridge the two essential problems in software: figuring out the right product, then building it right.
