Privacy

This covers all of saqibtahir.com: the homepage, The Rift, and the Work page. There are no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no forms anywhere on the site. The short version: it collects almost nothing about you, and nothing that tells me who you are.

What the Site Collects

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.

It uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. That tool sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across sites. It tells me how many people read a page and roughly where they came from, not who they are.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data (IP address, browser, the page requested, the time) to serve pages and protect against abuse. That is ordinary web hosting, and I don't receive an identifiable record of who visited.

Fonts

The homepage, The Rift and these legal pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for the font files and Google sees that request. The Work page serves its fonts from this domain, so nobody else is contacted there.

Your Browser

When you use the Personal / Work switcher in the header, the site stores where the switcher sits on screen, for a second, so the next page can draw its transition from that spot. It lives in your browser's session storage, never leaves your device, and is deleted as soon as the next page loads.

When You Click Through

Every booking button on the Work page opens my booking page on Whop. Once you're there, Whop's privacy policy applies, not this one. If you book, scheduling runs through Google Calendar and the call itself on Google Meet, so Google's policy covers that part.

The same goes for every other outbound link: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Substack, Instagram, YouTube, the RSS feed in your reader, the ventures I run, and the businesses listed on the Work page. Each of those sites has its own policy.

If You Email Me

If you write to hello@saqibtahir.com, I keep that correspondence so I can reply and so there's a record of the conversation. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell, rent or share it.

Your Rights

If you've emailed me and want that correspondence deleted, ask and I'll delete it. If you're in the UK, the EU, or anywhere else with data protection rights, those rights apply to anything I hold, and the same request covers them.

Changes

If the site gains a form, a newsletter signup, or anything else that changes the answers above, this page gets updated at the same time.
