Terms

These terms cover the use of saqibtahir.com: the homepage, The Rift, and the Work page. They don't cover any engagement you and I enter into. Engagement terms are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts.

What This Site Is

My personal site. The homepage and The Rift are about me and what I'm building and figuring out. The Work page describes how to hire me directly, operating as The ProParadigm.

All of it is informational. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to take on work.

The Writing

The Rift and the pieces listed on the homepage are my opinions and my experience, written as I go. Some of it ages badly, and I leave that in. None of it is legal, financial, tax or professional advice for your situation. If you act on something you read here, that call is yours.

Engagements Start Elsewhere

Every booking button on the Work page routes to my booking page, hosted on Whop. Payment for the consultation is handled there under Whop's own terms, and scheduling happens on Google Calendar straight after checkout. Any ongoing engagement runs on a separate written agreement between you and me.

I take 2 to 3 clients at a time, so an enquiry isn't a guarantee of availability. If I'm not the right person for the work, I'll say so.

Claims and Results

The case studies, outcomes and figures on this site describe real engagements. They're what happened in those specific situations with those specific teams, and they're not a promise of the same result for you. Client names appear with permission; one engagement is shown without a name because it's under NDA.

Testimonials are real, attributed, and trimmed for length only. Each one links to the person who gave it.

Content and Marks

The writing, design and brand marks on this site belong to me. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear to describe real working relationships, not to imply endorsement beyond that.

You're welcome to quote or link to anything here, with credit. Don't reproduce it wholesale or present the work shown here as your own.

Outbound Links

This site links to Whop, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Substack and other platforms, and to the ventures I run or work with. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content.

No Warranty

The site is provided as is. I aim to keep it accurate and available, but I don't warrant that it will be error free or uninterrupted, and I'm not liable for any loss from relying on what's here.

Changes

These terms change as the site does. The date at the top is the current version.
