The Cyan Door owns and operates more than 10 vacation rental properties bringing in 6 figure revenue a year. They required to take ownership of the rental experience and offer better service to their clientele.

We set out to build a custom Vacation Rental booking app integrating with existing solutions The Cyan Door used. On the backend we connected to AirBnB, VRBO, and Pricelabs while offering a direct purchase option for those looking to avoid the platform fee and limitations.

The Cyan Door’s custom booking web app is designed to streamline the vacation rental process for both hosts and guests. This innovative platform integrates seamlessly with major booking platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, allowing users to view real-time availability and make direct bookings.

The app features dynamic pricing through PriceLabs, ensuring competitive rates based on demand. With multiple checkout options, guests can choose to book directly or through established platforms, minimizing commission costs for The Cyan Door.

We developed a custom web application that integrates with Airbnb and VRBO to display available slots. The app features multiple checkout options, dynamic pricing through PriceLabs, and notifications via the Hospitable app. Additionally, it includes a Strapi CMS for property management and Stripe integration for secure payment processing.
