In this project we built a custom CRM solution with EMR (electronic medical records) functionality. The tool was tested to be used between students, parents, admins, super admins, on site staff, and operational team.

The project was started to replace 500,000 USD yearly spend on third party solutions.

Problem for the CRM

Summer Discovery faced operational inefficiencies by managing student information across four different platforms (Salesforce, Pathify, and Jotform), leading to increased costs and a cumbersome user experience. The internal team was overwhelmed, making it difficult to develop a tailored CRM solution to meet their specific needs.

Solution Provided

To address these challenges, an MVP Custom CRM was developed by the Prodigi team, consolidating all functionalities into a single platform. This solution streamlined management of student information, medical notes, program updates, and family onboarding, significantly reducing the MVP timeline from 16 months to just 6 months.
